If we fail to please you, let us know directly, by writing to Narinder Malhi our Practice Manager. We respond directly, and details of complaints are discussed at our annual appraisals. If you wish, you can take the matter to the Patients Advisory and Liaison Service, Tel: 0800 953 0363 or the General Medical Council website if that fails to provide satisfaction.
